Every business has its listing: name, logo, up to six photos, address and the buttons to get there, write to you, call you or book a time with you. It is your page: you do not have to build or maintain a website.

Your agenda: trial classes, visits, meetings

You mark when you are available. Families see only the free slots and request a time from your listing. Nothing is confirmed until you answer.

Enrolment with limited places

Included in the Pro listing

You create an offer (an activity, a group or a stage) with dates, places, location and an indicative price. The server counts the places: they are never exceeded. When it is full, families join a waiting list.

  • Families enrol without an account: name or nickname, email and number of places
  • When a place frees up, we let the first family on the waiting list know, and they have 24 hours to accept it
  • The family gets an email with a link to manage or cancel their place
  • The price is indicative and is paid directly to you

You see who has signed up, how many places each family has booked and who is waiting. You mark present and absent for each session, write to the families of a group and export the list.

Holiday stages, on a public page

Easter, summer and Christmas stages appear on the “Holiday stages” page, with the real free places and the school calendar of the Comunitat Valenciana. Families filter by period and by municipality.

If you would rather not do it alone, we prepare your listing with your written agreement. You get a personal one-use link, you choose your password and the listing is yours. You upload the logo and photos yourself, during the appointment.

First month free, and cancel in one click

Included in the paid listings

The first month is free (30 days, once per account holder). We ask for the card from the start; if you cancel before it ends, you pay nothing. To cancel: one button and one confirmation in your space.

  • A count of what has really reached you since the month began: it is 0 if nothing has arrived
  • The subscription runs until the end of the period already paid, and you can resume it until that date

Anonymous for the children

When families enrol, nobody gives a child’s name, age, allergies or photo. Only the parent (name or nickname, email and, if they wish, a phone number) and the number of places. Less data to keep, and less sensitive data to protect.

  • If the offer is for an age range, it is written in the offer and the family ticks a box: they do not type any age
  • Every family can delete their data whenever they want, from their own link

Do I need a website?

Not to start: your listing brings together photos, contact, calendar and enrolment. If you already have a website, you put it on the listing (Local listing). HolaNiños does not replace a domain of your own.

Do you take a commission?

No. You pay the monthly fee for your listing and nothing else: no commission per appointment or per enrolment.

Is there a lock-in?

No. The subscription is monthly and you cancel whenever you like.

Is there a lock-in? How do I cancel?

There is no lock-in. You cancel with one button and one confirmation in your professional space, with no calls or letters. The subscription runs until the end of the period already paid.

What data about children do you keep?

None: when families enrol we do not ask for a child’s name, age, allergies, emergency contact or photo. Only the parent’s contact, with their consent, and the number of places.

Do you guarantee families or enrolments?

No. We promise no number of families or enrolments: your listing is visible and you receive the requests that really arrive. The dashboard shows you real figures.

How much does it cost?

The verified listing is free. The Local listing costs a month, the Agenda listing and the Pro listing , VAT included.

Do families see it in their language?

Yes: the app, the forms and the enrolment emails are in Spanish, Valencian, English and French. The texts of your listing are written by you, in the language you choose.
